01Our process: from first brief to handoverOur process has six stages, from brief and feasibility through design and approvals to construction, handover and support. A useful next step is to explain your priorities and budget and gather any existing drawings, surveys and approval records.05The measured survey: what happens on the visitFor a measured survey, a surveyor visits the property and records the dimensions needed for the architectural design. The areas measured, access arrangements, investigation limits and drawings supplied need to be agreed for your project.06Understanding your Kompas quotationA useful quotation identifies the work being priced, the exclusions, the payment terms and how changes are handled.
